Ingredients:
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 3-4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2-3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- Place the chopped vegetables in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Arrange the chicken thighs on top of the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper over the chicken and vegetables.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything in the slow cooker.
