Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked and chopped broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and cooked broccoli.
  4. Pour the cheese and broccoli mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and broccoli in the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until quiche is set in the center.
