Honeydew, Cantaloupe, Cucumber, and Mint Avocado Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie is perfect for a hot summer day. The combination of honeydew, cantaloupe, cucumber, and mint creates a light and refreshing flavor, while the avocado adds a creamy texture and a healthy dose of good fats. Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Honeydew, cubed
  • 1 Cup Cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber, peeled and cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 Avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Water

Directions:

  1. Add honeydew, cantaloupe, cucumber, mint, avocado, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add greek yogurt and coconut water and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
  5. Garnish with a slice of honeydew and a sprig of mint.
  6. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  7. When ready to serve, blend the smoothie with a little more ice, if desired.
