Ingredients:

  • 1 duck (about 4 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorn
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 spring onion, cut into sections

Directions:
