Grilled Salmon Niçoise Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
