Ingredients:

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup of green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
