  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped Italian parsley leaves

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
