- 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
- 1/2 cup (120ml) water
- 1/4 cup (60g) butter
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (50g) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white sugar, water, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the all-purpose flour. Stir until the mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan.
