Ingredients:
-1 sheet puff pastry
-1/2 cup hazelnut praline
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-2 tablespoons powdered sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut the puff pastry into a 9-inch round and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
3. Using a knife, make a deep slit around the edge of the pastry, about 1/2 inch from the edge.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, beat the cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until light and fluffy.
