  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted, add the flour and whisk until combined. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
