Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, olive oil, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper until all ingredients are well combined.
