Brown Sugar and Pineapple Glazed Meatloaf

This delicious Brown Sugar and Pineapple Glazed Meatloaf is sure to be a hit with the whole family. Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix together until evenly combined.
  3. Form the mix into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pineapple, and cornstarch. Spread the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
