Rosemary-Infused Balsamic and Honey-Glazed Pot Roast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lbs of boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 tsp of kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup of beef broth

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and then the beef roast. Brown the roast on all sides. This should take about 8 minutes.
