Chorizo, Kale, and White Bean Soup

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced

- 3 ounces chorizo, diced
- 4 cups vegetable broth

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
