Ingredients:
- 1 sheet frozen gluten-free puff pastry, thawed

- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch round tart pan with a removable bottom.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pastry into a 12-inch round. Place the pastry into the prepared tart pan.
