Gluten-Free Feta Shakshuka Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic, chili flakes, and smoked paprika and cook for another minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
