Ginger-Nutmeg Spiced Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt

- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup softened butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ¼ cup buttermilk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, and nutmeg. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Beat in the mashed bananas until well blended.
