Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the pork cubes with the jerk seasoning until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to create a roux, cooking for about 1-2 minutes.
