Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, and honey.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil to the mixture and stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover it with a damp towel. Let it rise for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a thin crust.
  7. Add your desired pizza toppings such as tomato sauce, cheese, and vegetables.
  8. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
