Bacon Wrapped Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

This recipe is a fun twist on the classic meatloaf by incorporating the flavors of a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The ground beef is mixed with bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic for a tasty base. Breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper are added to bind the mixture together.

The meatloaf is then wrapped in bacon slices, which not only adds a smoky flavor but also helps to keep the loaf moist as it bakes. Once the meatloaf is cooked through, it’s topped with slices of provolone cheese and returned to the oven to melt the cheese.

The end result is a delicious and savory meatloaf that’s perfect for a hearty dinner or a special occasion. Serve it with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad, and enjoy!
