Chicken breast coated with a crispy parmesan crust and baked until golden and juicy.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  4. Press the chicken breast into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides and pressing the mixture firmly onto the chicken to adhere.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
