BBQ Beef Stroganoff
BBQ Beef Stroganoff:

Mix in BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, and smoked paprika for a bold and tangy flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender.
  3. Add beef broth, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Return beef to the skillet and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add sour cream. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice. Optional: top with additional BBQ sauce and caramelized onions for extra flavor.
