Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
