Ingredients:
• 1 lb. ground sausage
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
• 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
• 1 egg, beaten
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and garlic until sausage is browned.
3. In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, blue cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
