Ingredients:
-1 Duck, cut into pieces
-2 Onions, chopped
-3 cloves of Garlic, minced
-1 cup of Red Wine
-2 cups of Chicken Stock
-1 teaspoon of Fresh Thyme
-1 teaspoon of Paprika
-Salt and Pepper to taste
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the duck pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the onions, garlic, paprika, thyme, and salt and pepper to the pot. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Pour in the red wine and chicken stock and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, partially covered, for 1 hour.
6. Remove the lid and continue simmering for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
