Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, garlic, bell peppers, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
