Cajun-Seasoned Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, garlic, bell peppers, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
