Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups caramel bits
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and add the sugar, stirring until combined.
