Cheesy Broccoli-Stuffed Meatloaf
This cheesy broccoli-stuffed meatloaf is a delicious and comforting meal perfect for any night of the week. It’s packed with flavor and loaded with cheesy broccoli that’s sure to please the whole family.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and egg until well combined.
- Divide the mixture in half and form into two equal-sized loaves on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and chopped broccoli.
- Place the broccoli and cheese mixture on top of one of the loaves, spreading evenly.
- Top the broccoli and cheese with the other loaf, pressing down lightly to seal the edges.
- Spread the ketchup over the top of the loaf. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
- Let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
