Cheesy Broccoli-Stuffed Meatloaf

This cheesy broccoli-stuffed meatloaf is a delicious and comforting meal perfect for any night of the week. It’s packed with flavor and loaded with cheesy broccoli that’s sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and egg until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture in half and form into two equal-sized loaves on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and chopped broccoli.
  5. Place the broccoli and cheese mixture on top of one of the loaves, spreading evenly.
  6. Top the broccoli and cheese with the other loaf, pressing down lightly to seal the edges.
  7. Spread the ketchup over the top of the loaf. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
  8. Let the meatloaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
