This Chipotle Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese is the ultimate comfort food for any weeknight dinner. With the perfect combination of smoky and spicy flavors, this dish is sure to become a family favorite.
Ingredients:
– 1 box of macaroni pasta
– 2 cups of pulled pork
– 1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
– 2 cups of milk
– 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook the macaroni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, heat the pulled pork over medium heat. Once heated through, add in the chipotle peppers and adobo sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the flour and whisk until it forms a paste.
