Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add in the flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
