Chocolate-Drizzled Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
