Chocolate-Drizzled Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
