Citrusy Poppy Seed Waffles Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
- Oil or butter, for greasing the waffle iron
Directions:
- Preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Grease the hot iron with a little oil or butter.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, poppy seeds, and sugar.
