Ingredients:
– 1/2 lb linguine pasta
– 1 can chopped clams
– 1/4 cup white wine
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the linguine and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until al dente.
3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
4. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
