Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, then set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
