Creamy Carbonara Pasta

This Creamy Carbonara Pasta is a delicious Italian dish with a creamy sauce made with egg, cream, and bacon. It’s an easy and flavorful dish that can be enjoyed any night of the week!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup of diced pancetta or bacon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti. Cook according to the package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the garlic and pancetta or bacon. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pancetta is crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and Parmesan cheese together. Add the heavy cream and mix to combine.
