Ingredients:
-2 cups macaroni
-1 tablespoon butter
-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
-2 cups milk
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-1/2 cup French onion soup
-1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
4. Add flour and whisk until a smooth paste forms.
5. Slowly add the milk and whisk until fully combined.
6. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir until fully combined.
7. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
8. Add cooked macaroni and French onion soup and stir until evenly combined.
9. Transfer macaroni and cheese to a greased baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
10. Bake for 25 minutes.
