Creamy Gorgonzola Pasta Recipe
This Creamy Gorgonzola Pasta is a delicious and easy to make Italian dish. It is made with a creamy gorgonzola sauce, pasta, and a variety of other ingredients that come together to create a flavorful and hearty meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. rigatoni pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the rigatoni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 3 minutes.
