Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground tarragon
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the flour and continue to cook, stirring constantly, for about two minutes.
- Slowly add the milk to the butter and flour mixture, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, and tarragon, and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the white cheddar and cream cheese. Stir until completely melted. Remove from the heat.
