Crispy Bacon and Egg Waffle Breakfast
This delicious Crispy Bacon and Egg Waffle Breakfast is a great way to start the day. Crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and a crispy waffle make a delicious combination. The best part is that you can make it in just a few minutes.
Ingredients:
- 4 strips of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of butter or cooking oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 waffle, cooked
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the bacon to a plate and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the butter or cooking oil to the skillet and swirl to coat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set, about 3 minutes.
- Add the bacon and cheese, if using, to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute more, or until the cheese is melted.
- Transfer the egg and bacon mixture to the waffle. Serve.
