Crispy Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a third bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the panko mixture. Make sure the chicken is completely coated.
