  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Mix until combined.
  2. In a separate shallow bowl, mix together the eggs and the milk.
  3. In a third shallow bowl, add the Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then dip into the egg mixture, and finally into the Panko breadcrumbs. Make sure each chicken breast is completely coated.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
