Delicious Blueberry Crumb Cake

– 2/3 cup butter, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup sour cream
– 2 cups fresh blueberries
– 1 cup packed light brown sugar
– 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
– ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
6. In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the cake.
7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
