  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked shredded duck meat
  • 1 cup cooked smoked sausage, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon file powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
