Garlic and Olive Oil Pasta
This delicious Garlic and Olive Oil Pasta is a perfect weeknight dinner! It’s quick and easy to make and packed with flavor. The garlic and olive oil adds a delicious depth of flavor that will have your family asking for seconds.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for a few minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta with the garlic and olive oil.
