Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, and nutmeg. Set aside.
