Gluten-Free Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese. Set aside.
  3. In a smaller bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, nutmeg, and paprika. Pour over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
