Gluten-Free Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
This delicious gluten-free chicken cordon bleu casserole is an easy and healthy meal that is sure to please everyone. With just a few ingredients, you can whip up this tasty dish in no time!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese. Set aside.
- In a smaller bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, nutmeg, and paprika. Pour over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
