This delicious vegan gluten free gourmet pizza is topped with caramelized onions, fresh figs and other savory flavors. It’s a healthy and delicious way to enjoy pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made gluten-free pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup of fresh figs, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the oregano and red pepper flakes and stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
