Gluten-Free Spinach Tart with Goat Cheese
This delicious, gluten-free Spinach Tart with Goat Cheese is a great addition to any meal! Ingredients:
- 1 package gluten-free tart crust
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9-inch tart pan with cooking spray.
- Unroll the gluten-free tart crust and press it into the greased tart pan. Prick the crust with a fork and place it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the spinach, goat cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.
- Once the crust is finished baking, remove it from the oven and let cool slightly. Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the top of the tart crust. Drizzle the beaten egg over the top.
- Return the tart to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tart is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
