Ingredients:
- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove outer leaves from cabbage and slice it into 8 wedges.
- Brush cabbage wedges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill cabbage wedges for 3-4 minutes per side, until charred and tender.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble tacos by placing a grilled cabbage wedge on each tortilla, topped with sliced avocado and salsa.
- Serve hot.
