Grilled Hawaiian BBQ Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and pork, pineapple, BBQ sauce, bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Fold the aluminum foil around the meatloaf and place it on the grill.
- Cook for 30 minutes, flipping the meatloaf every 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
