Grilled Hawaiian BBQ Meatloaf

This Grilled Hawaiian BBQ Meatloaf is a delicious and easy dinner option loaded with tropical Hawaiian flavors. It’s made with a blend of ground beef and pork, pineapple, BBQ sauce, and a hint of garlic. The result is a juicy and flavorful meatloaf that your family will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and pork, pineapple, BBQ sauce, bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Fold the aluminum foil around the meatloaf and place it on the grill.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes, flipping the meatloaf every 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
